Ben Frost


Ben has been coaching golfers for almost 20 years. His previous positions include Head PGA Teaching Professional at two luxury golf resorts in Portugal, and more recently spent over 6 years at The Belfry as Senior Coach at the PGA National Golf Academy.

Ben has spent his career helping players from beginners to PGA Tour professionals, by improving all aspects of their game. Ben specialises in lowering golfers’ scores and handicaps by teaching his pupils how to identify and develop areas of their particular game that need improvement. This can be with their swing, short and long games, putting techniques or strategy on the course.


Alongside and complementing his coaching, Ben is a Todays Golfer Equipment Test Pro and also the creator of FatPlate golf training aids that have been used by competitors on several of the professional tours and in Major Championships.


Ben is now the Head Coach of The Midlands Golf Academy at Stonebridge Golf Centre, and looks forward to helping you improve your game.

Anthony Haste


PGA Professional Class AAT - PGA Director of Golf 

Anthony qualified as a PGA Professional at the 4 time Ryder Cup venue The Belfry achieving 12th place in the Trainee of the year awards. He undertook a variety of roles at The Belfry including that of Golf Sales Account Manager, Golf Operations Assistant Manager, Senior Teaching Professional, and Custom Fit Specialist at the PGA National Fitting Centre based on site at The Belfry. After 7 years at The Belfry Anthony moved to The Tytherington Club in Cheshire to take up the position of Head of Golf and Head Professional. In this role he managed golf operations including tuition for 7 years. At the start of 2015 Anthony returned to the Midlands where he was the Director of Golf and Head Professional at Breedon Priory Golf Centre managing golf operations including running the shop and golf tuition. In 2017 Anthony started at Hinckley Golf Club in the role of Head Professional after 3 years at Hinckley Golf Club and has decided to concentrate on coaching and growing the game.


Anthony has gained his knowledge and experience from working at a variety of golf facilities and learning from some of the industries experts and world’s best coaches.  Throughout his career Anthony has always been passionate about teaching golfers of all abilities from the beginner all the way through to the professional. With over 20 years of coaching experience teaching golf to a variety of golfer from complete beginners wanting to start the game to Professionals looking at improving their game.


Anthony keeps up to date with the latest developments within golf and business by attending numerous CPD courses though the PGA and the Golf Club Managers Association.  

Sam Walker


Sam has a huge amount of experience within the golf game.

As a player Sam was  on the European & Challenge Tours  from 2001-2017 with numerous wins on both tours. Sam still caddies, and has caddied on the European Tour for many Ryder Cup players like David Howell,  Lee Westwood and Thomas Bjorn.


Sam is internationally renowned for his coaching, specialising in Course Management, Green Reading, and all aspects of player's short game, as well as a players swing.


Sam also coaches Majors players such as Thomas Bjorn and David Howell. Sam is now based at The Midlands Golf Academy, and is looking forward to coaching players of all abilities.



Will has been coaching golfers for almost 10 years, and attended the top ranked AASE Academy in the UK.


As a teaching professional Will specialises in Junior coaching, running fun and effective groups and single sessions for young aspiring golfers


Will is now an Assistant Coach at the Midlands Golf Academy, running a number of Junior Groups as well as individual coaching
